Cleo Wellness was born from a belief that healing should feel like coming home—not like working harder. At its heart is a single question: what would it feel like to trust your body again? That’s where we begin. Clients come to me when they’re ready to slow down, soften up, and go within to listen and remember who they are beneath the noise. Every session is an invitation to return to self—not just in theory, but in practice.
What started as a personal journey to healing, one marked by disconnection, burnout, and overdoing, evolved into a practice rooted in softness, simplicity, and trust. I believe healing isn’t one-size-fits-all, and it isn’t linear. Whether through energy work, movement, or nourishment, I meet clients with both spaciousness and structure, offering practices that reconnect them to the intelligence within their mind, body and soul.
